LUNET's High-Speed NBN™ and F::Express Broadband Plans
This summary does not include any special discounts, bonus data or promotions.
Service Description: LUNET provides high-speed NBN™ and F::Express optical fibre internet broadband services. NBN™ plans use the National Broadband Network infrastructure across Australia for residential and consumer use. F::Express plans deliver ultra-high-speed corporate-grade connectivity for businesses. These are standalone internet data services and do not include standard copper telephone lines or mobile roaming.
Minimum Term: Residential and business NBN™ plans are provided on a flexible month-to-month basis with no lock-in contract. F::Express plans require a strict minimum commitment period of three years (36 months).
Inclusions & Bundling: All LUNET plans include unlimited data downloads and uploads. There are no excess data charges. Usage must follow LUNET's Acceptable Use Policy.
Actual internet speeds can change at any time. Your real-world speed depends on the NBN™ technology at your address (FTTP, HFC, FTTN, FTTC or FTTB), the copper wiring inside your building, electrical interference, network congestion, and your hardware setup.
NBN™ Standard 1000 and Premium 1000 plans are only available at FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) and eligible HFC (Hybrid Fibre-Coaxial) addresses.
NBN™ Economy 500 is available on other NBN technologies; however, the maximum achievable speed may be lower and will depend on the NBN technology available at the service address.

Monthly Subscription Fee: The monthly fee depends on the plan you choose (see the table above). Bills are paid in advance and a pro-rata payment applies for your first partial month of service.
Optional Service Fees: A router is provided free of charge. The Japanese VPN Option is available for AU$15.00/month (pre-configured and works immediately with no setup required on your end). A Fixed IP Address is available for AU$8.00/month (includes 1 Fixed IP for NBN plans). Individual SI/NI (System/Network Integration) pricing is available upon custom quotation.
Installation & Setup Costs: If your property does not have an active NBN™ connection or an NBN network termination device (NTD) box, a standard installation fee of up to AU$ 300.00 may apply. Standard NBN connection is AU$ 0, but NBN Co charges up to AU$ 300 one-time end-user contribution for each premise that have never been connected to the NBN network before. F::Express plans have a flat initial technical setup and activation fee of AU$ 1,000.00. We will let you know if these charges apply to you and include them on your bill.
Early Termination Fees (ETF): For NBN™ plans, AU$ 0 cancellation fees apply. For F::Express plans, because of the strict 3-year contract, cancelling early triggers a fee equal to 100% of the remaining monthly plan fees for the rest of the 36-month term (months remaining × your monthly plan price).
Usage Information: Since all plans offer unlimited data, you do not need to track your data usage. To view your statements or change your account options please contact us.
Some Factors Can Impact Broadband Speeds: Several factors can impact your broadband speeds, including your in-home wiring, the modem you use and where it is located, overall network capacity and traffic, the NBN™ technology type at your home, electrical or Wi-Fi interference from other devices, and your distance from the NBN™ node.
